Rental Terms

The rental period begins on the start date specified below and ends on the end date provided in this agreement. The renter agrees to return the bicycle and any accessories in good condition by the agreed-upon end date. Early termination or extension of the rental period must be arranged and approved in writing by Bikerentals.pl.

Payment Details

The monthly rental fee of 500 PLN must be paid immediately upon signing this agreement. This payment covers the standard one-month rental term.

A refundable security deposit of 200 PLN is required at the beginning of the rental term. This deposit will be held to cover any damages or unpaid fees and will be returned within 7 business days after the bicycle is returned in satisfactory condition.

If the renter wishes to renew the rental agreement for an additional month, the renewal payment must be made no later than 7 days before the end date of the current rental term. Failure to renew within this time frame may result in the unavailability of the bicycle.

1. Use of Bicycle: The renter agrees to use the bicycle safely and in compliance with traffic laws. Subletting or lending the bike is prohibited without prior consent.

2. Maintenance: The renter must ensure routine maintenance. Major repairs require prior approval from Bikerentals.pl.

3. Damage or Loss: In case of damage or theft, costs up to the full bike value are the renter's responsibility.

4. Return: The bicycle must be returned in good condition by the agreed-upon end date. Late returns may incur additional fees.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as outlined.
