2.1 How do I reserve a bike?
Reservations can be made in three ways:

  1. Online: Use our online booking system.
  2. By Phone: Call us at +48 884 853 954.
  3. In-Person: Visit our shop to make a reservation.

2.2 What details are required to book a bike?
We’ll need:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information (phone or email)
  • Bike Type
  • Rental Duration
  • Pickup Date and Time

2.3 Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount depends on the bike type and rental duration.

2.4 What is your cancellation policy?

  • 24+ hours before the rental period: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows: No refund.

2.5 Can I modify my reservation after booking?

Late returns incur a fee of 20 PLN/hour, up to the cost of an additional rental day.
